Engel & Völkers Pagosa Springs in Pagosa Springs, CO

I worked with Lauri Heraty to both sell my existing property and buy another property. She was extremely well-informed with local property pricing, issues, inventory, and how the local property market was performing. She has lived in Pagosa a long time, and has excellent knowledge about the Archuleta County area, as well as individual neighborhoods. She's extremely friendly and kind, and I just can't give her enough praises! All the staff in the office are extremely helpful and friendly as well, and calls and texts are always returned quickly. Closings went extremely smoothly with no hiccups at all. Lauri, and Engel & Volkers, are really wonderful to work with. Highly Recommended!!

I highly recommend Engel & Völkers in Pagosa Springs. Lauri was spot on with her suggestions to ensure a quick sale. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We feel that Lauri and Mike went above and beyond their jobs as our realtors. They even used their own resources and contacts to help us meet our closing date when we encountered personal mishaps. The entire staff at Engel & Völkers Pagosa Springs worked as a team to sell our home. I can't say how much we appreciated them all. I highly recommend Engel & Völkers Pagosa Springs if you want to sell your home.

Mike and Robin were absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interests at heart. This transaction involved multiple moving parts and a higher level of complexity than a typical purchase, and they handled everything with calm, clarity, and confidence. Mike was a steady, trusted guide throughout the process, thoughtful in his advice, and excellent at navigating negotiations and timing. Robin was equally fantastic: organized, proactive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Together, they made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and well-supported. I always felt informed, advocated for, and genuinely cared for as a client. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend Mike and Robin without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional real estate professionals.
